The unopened bud is like
a child that never developed. Even though the bud never became
the flower that it was intended to be, it is still precious and
beautiful. You know this because you have seen many flowers, but
they are never just like the one that didn't open because you
will never see it's full beauty..
Is it your fault that
this bud never developed? Of course not, there was nothing you
could do, the seed was planted, cared for, nurtured, but in God's
garden many of the flowers will always remain as buds, still cared
for and loved, but never as full blooms.

If you have experienced
a still birth, misscarriage, or infant loss, do not think it was
your fault, do not think you could have changed what God's plan
was for the soul that did not bloom. If we knew the plan we still
could not change the future.
Does this mean you will never be a parent, or should you try again?
No, you should never give up that you someday should be responsible
for another soul, or that this soul is forever lost to you, but
never forget that there are many ways to become a parent and nurture
a soul, you may not have to give birth to have the opportunity
to help another flower bloom.
