Caring
for each other is a natural human response. Caring for the young,
the old and the infirm.
One person has always cared for another during an emergency
or illness.
Doctors,
Nurses, Paramedics, EMT's are those who have studied, practiced
and learned
to respond, to calm, diagnose and immediately treat others.
These caregivers
to the human race are relied on when we are faced with a medical
emergency, either from accident, illness or disaster. They have
given an oath to do what they can to improve and treat the human
condition. They must make life and death decisions. Sometimes we
forget they are not all knowing, and may need our care too.
These
courageous people give of their time and knowledge everyday, sometimes
in the face of adversity
risking their lives in helping others.
